Celebrate the humble chickpea in Inzimino di ceci or perhaps a classic aubergine Caponata with creamy ricotta, locally caught Cuttlefish Gennaro-style and our handmade fresh Pappardelle with a spicy sausage and ‘Nduja ragu with sage.
Finish with seasonal fruits and freshly baked frangipane tarts from our daily changing menus in line with the availability of seasonal produce.
