We run a boutique holiday letting company, covering Padstow and the surrounding bays. We have carefully selected each property to bring you the best retreats, from the picturesque harbour at Padstow to the stunning sand dunes at Constantine Bay.
A locally based family business, we personally look after your holiday from start to finish and we are always just a phone call away. You are welcome to bring your dog on holiday with you in all our properties.
Upperdeck is located a mile from St Merryn Village, approximately 3 miles from Padstow. A minute’s walk away is a large dog walking field, tennis courts (free for guests) restaurant/bar and well stocked shop. Upperdeck is located on the residential side of St Merryn Park . A surprisingly spacious detached Swiss style chalet bungalow, fitted out to a high standard, with every home comfort. The ground floor is spacious and light, with two large double bedrooms both with king size beds, and spacious en-suite bathrooms. The open planned hallway leads into a light and comfortable lounge with sofa and leather chairs, large flat screen TV – DVD, CD. and wifi. French doors lead you from the lounge to the patio & garden which has a gazebo, garden furniture and BBQ. The ground floor has a utility room. A turning staircase takes you up to the open plan kitchen/dining area, large table comfortably seating 6 guests. There is also a second lounge area with leather armchairs, flat screen TV. and large sliding patio doors with a Juliette balcony. Sleeping 4 Adults and 2 children comfortably – (Z Beds) Upperdeck has full Central Heating, and is an extremely comfortable home you will be glad to revisit. Saturday change over.
This house has been totally transformed , it now has a real ‘wow’ factor when you enter. Finished to a really high specification there is the luxury of having fantastic sea views from nearly all the rooms – (especially from the 2 upstairs balconies). Hot tub situated in the enclosed rear garden with amazing views . Relaxing lounge area with a huge comfy pink sofa where you can sit and enjoy the views. Beach Lodge is a 3 bedroom, semi-detached house built in 2013, one of a small number of properties which is lucky enough to be on level walking distance to Harlyn beach which is just a stone’s throw away. Its a perfect base for family holidays, walkers and couples looking to get away and relax. There are some amazing costal walks either towards Trevose Head or towards Trevone which leads to Padstow. Trevose Golf and Country Club is a mile away, with its champion course, tennis courts and a fabulous heated outdoor pool in the summer. There is a sofa bed in the snug, which has a TV and nintendo wii. The decor is neutral and clean. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The family bathroom is white and clean with a tiled floor. There is a stair gate fitted and a good cot and highchair for guest to use at the property. Its a comfortable home and we have had many repeat bookings. Outside the garden is a lovely sheltered sun trap, the decking out the front is beautiful on a sunny morning to enjoy breakfast or a late lunch on. The garden is secure and is gated making it safe for children and dog’s. Dogs are very welcome and there is no additional charge for them, Harlyn beach is one of the many dog friendly beaches in the area. There is private parking shared with one other property, huge oak gates make it a secure area. Friday Changeover – high season.
Janda Lodge is a spacious detached 3 bedroomed bungalow, it has been very tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Situated in a quiet road on the very popular St Merryn Park, within a short walk of pub/restaurant, shop, tennis courts, childrens play area, enclosed dog walking field. Only a few minutes drive to 7 beautiful sandy beaches, Padstow is 5 miles away and Newquay approx 10 miles. St.Merryn is 1 mile away with 2 pubs, cafes, restaurants, surf shop, & small supermarket. From the main entrance you go into the spacious lounge 3 beautiful leather sofas (one converts into a large double bed) off the lounge there are 2 double bedrooms, bedroom 2 has en-suite shower room. Family bathroom. An extremely spacious kitchen & dining area, with dining table & chairs for 6. Off the dining area you will find bedroom 3 with full size twin beds. The kitchen door takes you out into the enclosed garden mainly lawn with patio furniture. TV’s in all bedrooms. WIFI. Saturday changeover

Situated in the very popular area of Constantine Bay, about 3 miles from Padstow, only a minute walk from Trevose Golf course with its fantastic sea views, also offering tennis courts and swimming pool. On the way down to the beach you will find Constantine Bay stores which is well stocked for all your needs, next door there is Des’s surf shop where you can hire or buy wet suits/boards or maybe book a surf lesson. Constantine Beach is only a few minutes walk away with its sweeping sandy beach ideal for families and surfers. This large detached bungalow is in a very pleasant road of similar properties. A high hedge gives maximum privacy. Large sunny, private gardens back and front with ample parking. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms plus 2 twin bedded rooms one with en-suite shower room , 2nd en suite is a wet room fully wheelchair friendly. Extra cloakroom off the entrance hall. The lounge overlooks the spacious front garden with the new addition of a wood burner. The dining area seating 8, has large patio doors leading onto the raised decking area with BBQ and seating situated under the gazebo. Open plan kitchen with central aisle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven, electric hob, microwave. This 2nd floor apartment has the most amazing sea views, looking out from the lounge or main bedroom you feel you can nearly touch the boats going by. 0pposite your apartment door there is a private gate which opens on to the fields, which leads you to the beaches a fantastic cliff top walk. The kitchen and living area is light and modern. Kitchen has integral dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave , gas hob, electric oven, breakfast bar with 4 stools. (Washing machine in cupboard) Lounge with settee, armchairs, TV. DVD.Radio/CD Juliette balcony making the most of the views. Bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Main bedroom with huge windows looking out to sea. King size bed.Wifi. Second bedroom with double bed and matching full size bunk beds for a family room if needed.
