Yellow Sands House and Apartments offer comfortably furnished self catering accommodation situated just 200 yards from the superb sandy beach at Harlyn Bay.  The Southwest Coast Path is also only 200 yards away.

Yellow Sands apartments sleep 1 to 6 people and the detached 4 bedroom house sleeps up to 8 people. The accommodation is set within an acre of landscaped gardens with car parking on site.

Families and mature couples are welcome, pets are also accepted, by arrangement.

The historic harbour town of Padstow is 3 miles away.  Local shops, pubs, restaurants and amenities can be found at St Merryn village 1 mile away. There are a championship golf course and various leisure pursuits nearby.

Excellent standards of housekeeping and cleanliness noted throughout each property.

FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION

Apartment 4   Comprises of a large lounge with balcony overlooking Harlyn Bay and the Coastal Footpath; kitchen/diner; double bedroom with en-suite; twin single and bathroom.  Recently refurbished with stunning sea views from each room!  Double bedroom with en–suite shower room; twin room; separate large lounge with Ercol furniture; fully fitted kitchen⁄diner and a family bathroom

Apartment 5   Comprises of a large open plan lounge kitchen/diner with country views, a master bedroom with king size bed & en-suite bathroom; and a twin/king (zip and link king size bed) size bedroom with en-suite shower room.  A large lounge with 2 leather sofa’s,  sea and country views and fully fitted kitchen⁄diner

SECOND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION

Upstairs and tucked away from the comings and goings relax and enjoy fantastic sea and coastal views

Apartment 6   has a balcony and stunning sea views overlooking the bay and coastline, the apartment is divided into two self contained sections either side of the landing area. The front section with balcony comprises a spacious lounge⁄diner; new fully fitted kitchen; double bedroom with en–suite. The other section consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin room and a bathroom.

Apartment 7   has superb panoramic sea and coastal views. Comprises of a large lounge with stunning sea views an adjoining fully fitted kitchen/dining area; two sunny bedrooms; bathroom and separate wc.

 

SHARMALYN HOUSE

Sharmalyn House is a large family holiday home sleeping up to eight people.  4 Star comfort with beautiful sea views, private garden and ample parking.
This self–catering accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms with ensuite facilities; and one twin bedroom and one room with bunk beds, each with its own washbasin. In addition there are three separate WCs, one with a shower.  The large ‘L’ shaped lounge⁄dining room has a feature blue slate fire place and patio doors leading out onto the private south facing sun terrace. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped including ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, fridge⁄freezer, dishwasher and washer⁄dryer.

 

Harlyn Bay is renowned for safe bathing and good surfing conditions. It has a wide crescent of fine sandy beach with rock pools to explore and wonderful cliff top walks along the coastal path in both directions – especially beautiful in spring and early summer when fringed with wild flowers.
