Frarolin is a delightful spacious bungalow, comfortably sleeping 8.  There are four bedrooms which are all en-suite, 2 doubles and 2 twins. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms (one is a wet room).  Huge open plan sitting/dining area & kitchen, as well as a delightful deck area for al fresco dining and barbecue.  The beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are only a short walk away and it is just a short drive into Padstow.  All in all, Frarolin is ideally situated for all of the 7 Bays between Padstow and Newquay.  Frarolin has spacious gardens front and back, ample parking and is close to Trevose Golf & Country Club with its fabulous restaurant, Constantine and its many facilities including tennis, swimming & fitness suite.

Recently renovated with wheelchair access and comes fitted with all of the modern amenities you could want, including high-speed WiFi.

Pets are welcome and there is also good wheelchair access.

TIMBERS –  you’ll want for nothing in Timbers, a truly special holiday home from home in Little Petherick, a beautiful little hamlet just 3 miles from Padstow. Beautifully furnished to a high standard throughout, with numerous delightful maritime-themed design touches. The open plan sitting room has a Cornish stone fireplace, a wonderful focal point for relaxing evenings, while older kids can commandeer the upstairs lounge for themselves. Each of the three comfortable bedrooms is thoughtfully finished off with clever seaside-themed touches and high-quality bed linen. The large newly-fitted kitchen with extensive kitchen equipment and utensils has a dining area that opens onto a decked terrace overlooking a stream and fields beyond. THE MOORINGS – Set in Padstow’s Old School Court development, this charming 2 bedroom home is just 2 minutes’ stroll from the harbour and its pubs and restaurants. The perfect spot to park up and enjoy Padstow.  Comfort comes first in the lounge, which opens on to the rear patio.  It’s the seaside-inspired finishes make this holiday house a holiday home.  There is a Juliette balcony off the main bedroom.  The sleek newly-fitted kitchen is stocked with an extensive range of kitchen equipment and utensils. The modern bathroom with bath and handheld shower comes with hotel-quality towels and toiletries. There’s an additional small cloakroom with WC and washbasin. There are patios at the front and in the rear courtyard garden. The attractive communal areas have low level lighting in the evening, adding to the ambience.

LOBSTER POTS – Set in the desirable Sarah’s View area, Lobster Pots benefits from a ‘best of both worlds’ location, being tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac but still just a short stroll from the harbour and all Padstow has to offer.  The lovely open-plan lounge has been decorated in a modern style, while clever beach-themed touches add to the ‘home from home’ feel. It radiates relaxed coastal living. The modern look and novel nautical nods are each maintained into the clean and comfortable bedrooms, one of which benefits from distant estuary views.  Every real home is built around the kitchen. That’s why we ensure that the modern newly-fitted kitchen is full of all the kitchen equipment and utensils you could ever need.  Lovely fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided in the spotless modern bathroom complete with a proper quality shower. CIDER COTTAGE –  just a pleasant stroll down to the harbour, yet away from all the hustle and bustle, Cider Cottage’s contemporary, relaxed decor is complimented by clever seaside-themed design touches. The bright and modern living area oozes relaxed beach living, and is home to a good-sized dining table perfect for lazy breakfasts and leisurely evening dining. The two bedrooms include a large spacious double, with beautiful bed linen and TV/DVD player – the perfect spot to rest your weary head after a hard day on the beach. The large, newly fitted oak kitchen means dinner time is a breeze, stocked as it is with an extensive range of kitchen equipment and utensils. The natural stone-tiled bathroom benefits from both a freestanding bathtub for long, lazy soaks, and a proper quality shower in a separate cubicle. Be sure to make the most of the ivy clad outdoor patio area and BBQ for Al Fresco dining with distant views over the estuary – it’s a lovely little sheltered spot.

A stunning modern detached house in a small development located close to the local beaches and the amazing English Heritage site of Tintagel Castle.

Trevena is a lovely modern house was all the amenities required to make it a home from home.  Trevena is situated within a small development just off the main street in historical Tintagel where you will find shops, restaurants, pubs serving real ale and places to enjoy pasties and cream teas!  The property is detached and has an enclosed garden comprising lawn and decking areas with furniture so you can enjoy al-fresco dining or a quiet evening drink while making the most of the pleasant south facing vista overlooking a tree-lined stream. There are also sun loungers and a BBQ available. Inside there are three bedrooms, a king size, a double and a twin with adjacent family bathroom.

Downstairs is a handy separate WC off the hallway which also leads to the lounge and kitchen/diner. The former has patio doors leading out onto the large decking area, a smart tv and comfortable, contemporary furniture. The kitchen/diner benefits from an AEG dishwasher, Bosch electric oven & hob, a washing machine and for budding baristas a quality coffee machine. Set high on this part of North Cornwall’s rugged and romantic coast, Tintagel is inextricably linked to the legend of King Arthur and is steeped in history.  A visit to the English Heritage site of Tintagel Castle, where legend and historical fact alike meet stunning scenery, is a definite must while in the area and for Arthurian enthusiasts it is unmissable!

There are many beaches in the area for surfers and sunseekers alike including Trebarwith, Bossiney and the Castle Beach. Much of the North Cornish coastline is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities with many well-trodden routes including one that can be taken from the footpath just behind the property. There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover along this coastline including Crackington Haven, Boscastle and Morwenstow.  A bit further to the south is the fishing port of Padstow and quaint Port Isaac of Doc Martin fame and 20 miles to the north is the fabulous coastal town of Bude. If you fancy crossing over the ‘border’ into Devon and enjoy open spaces, then the Dartmoor National Park is 33 miles or so to the east.

The Malt House dates back to the 16th Century and is one of the oldest buildings in the port of Padstow and although just a stone’s throw from the picturesque harbour, it is a peaceful haven in the heart of the town.  The property benefits from a secluded entrance and a sunny courtyard garden.  With around 500 years of history, this Grade II Listed building has been used for many purposes:  It has been a coaching inn, a dairy, a brewery, a pub and rumour has it, even a house of ill repute!

For the last 100 years, The Malt House has been a private house. The Malt House, a former brewery, is situated in the south wing of the original house (The White Hart) and has been sympathetically converted to comfortable and spacious holiday accommodation:  With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, galley kitchen, dining and lounge areas, the house is perfect for up to 4 adults requiring self-catered accommodation in Padstow.  Benefiting from the sun in the early morning until the late afternoon in the summer, the garden is a quiet, sunny spot to read or eat & drink alfresco.   When the weather is not so kind, the peaceful conservatory is a great alternative, with comfortable upholstered chairs, a selection of books and a television.

The thick slate walls have seen plenty of changes, but the past is easy to see and feel with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stone bread oven (sadly no longer in use).  You can still smell the malt permeating from the centuries’ old beams.  The Malt House is within walking distance of all of Padstow’s many restaurants and amenities.

Trentinney farm has six holiday cottages and is situated in a peaceful setting covering 158 acres of some of the loveliest countryside in North Cornwall. Take in beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and from the top of the farm there are spectacular views of the sea and moors. It is a mixed farm with crops, cattle, sheep, and some poultry. The traditional stone built barns, most of which are listed buildings, were built of local stone and slates from the nearby slate quarry at Delabole. Some of the buildings date back to the 16th century, but the history of Trentinney goes back much further.  According to legend, around the year 960 King Arthur killed the Lord of Tretiny (Trentinney) after the Lord had killed a white cow belonging to Arthur’s niece, now known as St Endellentia.

Some of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall are within a few minutes drive from Trentinney Farm Holiday Cottages. Polzeath, Port Quin, Padstow, Rock, Tintagel, Boscastle, Camelford, Wadebridge, and many more are all within a short drive.

Polzeath is one of the finest beaches in the British Isles with fine golden sand and rock pools. It is popular with Malibu surfers and those who prefer a boogie or belly board. Rock offers sailing, wind surfing, water-skiing, and fishing trips. For golfing enthusiasts there are several golf clubs in the area. From Rock you can get the passenger ferry over to Padstow, a beautiful harbour with fine restaurants, cafes & shops.

THE ROUNDHOUSE

The Roundhouse Cottage is a one bedroomed romantic Cornish farm cottage with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. It has exposed beams, oak floors, and oak lintels over the doors and windows. It was a traditional Cornish Roundhouse where a horse would walk around the building turning a huge wheel which worked the chaffing and milling machines in the adjacent barn.

For an extra special holiday, where upon your arrival you will find some extras in your cottage including a bottle of Champagne, a bouquet of flowers, chocolates, and local biscuits. Please enquire for cost and details.

For a fee of £50 we can also provide an additional bed suitable for a small child. This fee only applies during July and August.

THE GLENMORE BUNGALOW

The Glenmore Bungalow is a Cornish farm holiday cottage set in a large self contained garden with superb farm views of the surrounding North Cornwall Port Isaac countryside.

It has three bedrooms; one with a king size bed, one twin, and one with bunk beds. The Glenmore has a separate lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The lounge opens out on to a patio, and there is a picnic bench in the garden under the apple tree.

THE STABLE

The Stable is a Cornish farm holiday cottage that sleeps four people. Upstairs has a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with twin beds. The downstairs consists of an open plan dining, kitchen and lounge. Outside there is a patio and picnic bench.

Before being converted into a holiday cottage this property was used as stables for the farms horses.

THE HAYWAIN

The Haywain Cottage is a Cornish Farm holiday cottage with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs one king size bedroom the other with twin beds, a small extra child’s bed is available for this room upon request.

Before being converted into a holiday cottage this building was used as a wagon house. Downstairs consists of an open plan dining area, kitchen and lounge, where the French windows open onto a patio with a picnic bench.

THE OWL’S ROOST

The Owl’s Roost Cottage is a Cornish farm holiday cottage comprising of a single level accommodation which backs on to a large garden with picnic bench.

It has two bedrooms; one with a king size bed, and the other which sleeps four and has both twin beds and bunk beds. The dining kitchen / lounge is open plan and has spectacular views of the farm’s surrounding countryside.

THE SWALLOW’S NEST

The Swallow’s Nest Cottage is a Cornish farm holiday cottage that sleeps 5 people and comprises of a single level accommodation. It has two bedrooms; one with a king size bed, and the other with bunk beds and a single bed.

The dining kitchen / lounge is open plan with French doors opening out onto the patio where there is a picnic bench.

To the front of the property is a beautifully manicured garden and the charming, secluded garden at the rear of the house is an absolute favourite, the perfect spot to relax and unwind whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple, eating from the BBQ alfresco style.
