Dukes House – 3 stylishly-furnished apartments:

Apartment One – Duke’s Retreat

Sleek stylish, Dukes Retreat is perfect for couples in search of a romantic getaway. With cool contemporary furnishings and under stated interior decor, the accommodation offers lounge / dining area, king-sized bedroom, single sofa bed in lounge for occasional use, bathroom with shower and a high spec kitchen. Outside, the beautiful landscaped stone garden and patio is ideal for alfresco dining with its suntrap seating area, outdoor hot tub and outstanding views across the estuary. Flat screen TV/DVD in the lounge – internet access – cot available on request.

Apartment 2 – Duke’s Cabin

This spacious first floor apartment is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and comprises large lounge/diner with 2 person sofabed for occasional use, king-sized bedroom, bathroom with shower and high spec kitchen.  A fabulous decked terrace with tables and chairs is wonderful for alfresco family dining. TV/DVD in the lounge and internet access.

Apartment 3 – Mary Dann Suite

Charming ground floor apartment with modern interiors ideally suited and equipped for small families or couples. The Mary Dann Suite has a large lounge with comfy 2 person sofabed for occasional use, king-sized bedroom, bathroom with double shower, high spec kitchen with family breakfast bar and formal-dining area. Outside the private terrace with tables and chairs. Overlooks the spacious stone garden. TV /DVD in the lounge and internet access.

Malt Cottage

Situated in Cross Street 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

This spacious two bedroom cottage is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style.  Large lounge/diner with formal dining area and corner sofa. King size bedroom with king size bed and door leading to the patio. High spec kitchen has ceramic/hob, fan-assisted oven/grill, microwave oven, larder fridge, freezer and coffee machine.  At the side of the cottage there are some steps which lead to a fabulous secluded and private patio with decorative pots and Cornish palm trees, furnished with tables and chairs – wonderful for alfresco dining. Flat Screen TV & DVD & Sky in lounge. Internet Access. Cot Available on request

Gelly Cott

Situated in Church Lane, 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

A beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom luxury pet friendly property with a private hot tub.  Sleeps up to 9 people comprising of 1 king size bedroom with en-suite, another king size bedroom and a triple bunk bed room. There is a lounge area and a large dining area for up to 9 people.  There is a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 persons.  There is a family bathroom with shower and bath. A wash room and cloak room can be found downstairs.
