Nestled in Padstow’s historic heart, only moments from the harbour, this quaint, three-storey cottage has been lovingly updated, whilst retaining a traditional and welcoming feel.  Surrounded by fishermen’s cottages and old merchant houses, Pearl Cottage peeps over the town’s rooftops down to the harbour below.  With stylish two bedroom accommodation providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Entering into the hallway, you are immediately taken with Pearls character interior.  With plenty of space for coats and boots as well as a conveniently located washing machine and tumble dryer (perfect for the towels as you come off the beach) the hallway has a charming coastal feel.  Off to the left is the twin bedroom which has a pretty window seat with a view onto the quiet street below. Up the first winding flight of stairs is the master bedroom which has lovely wooden floors and deep-set sash windows, enhancing the cottage atmosphere and providing a safe haven on stormy nights.  A family bathroom is just next door with a fully tiled interior, perfect for washing off the sand and salt after a day on the water.  Head up another flight of winding stairs is the living area, and you emerge into a light filled space that feels as if you are entering the prow of a ship.  With the large windows providing beautiful views across the old town, you really get a bird’s eye view from here.  With a contemporary kitchen and comfortable seating, this area is a lovely space to relax and unwind far above the hustle and bustle of the town below.

Originally the Headmasters home, this gorgeous Victorian house has 3 spacious rooms with sea views and the advantages of sunny patios to both front and rear. The property combines many original Victorian features with today’s modern standards and enjoys an elevated position just a short walk from Padstow Harbour.

Local proprietors, Richard & Sharon Keast would like to welcome you to Yellow Sands – Sharon and the Dakin family have resided and provided holidays at Yellow Sands for over 45 years and it remains a family business.

Yellow Sands Cottages are set in well kept grounds, ideally situated just 250 metres from Harlyn beach and coastal footpath. The village of Trevone is within one mile where you can find a shop, beach café and a pub with magnificent views. Picturesque Padstow harbour is just a 3 miles drive, where you can find an array of independent shops, fine dining, cafes, pubs and perhaps indulge in a boat trip or a game of crazy golf.  The championship Trevose Golf Club is nearby as well as numerous other leisure pursuits.

There are 6 cottages, ranging from 1 – 3 bedrooms.  All equipment, furnishings and surroundings are to a high standard, fully serviced prior to arrival.  The accommodation provides guests with a homely environment and all that is needed for a relaxing, happy holiday.

Harlyn Bay is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, breathtaking walks along the coastal path, peace and tranquility during the spring, autumn and winter weeks – summer time, a surfers delight and family holidays to remember.

Charming ground floor apartment with modern interiors ideally suited and equipped for small families or couples. The Mary Dann Suite has a large lounge with comfy 2 person sofabed for occasional use, king-sized bedroom, bathroom with double shower, high spec kitchen with family breakfast bar and formal-dining area. Outside the private terrace with tables and chairs. Overlooks the spacious stone garden. TV /DVD in the lounge and internet access.

Situated in Cross Street 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

This spacious two bedroom cottage is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style.  Large lounge/diner with formal dining area and corner sofa. King size bedroom with king size bed and door leading to the patio. High spec kitchen has ceramic/hob, fan-assisted oven/grill, microwave oven, larder fridge, freezer and coffee machine.  At the side of the cottage there are some steps which lead to a fabulous secluded and private patio with decorative pots and Cornish palm trees, furnished with tables and chairs – wonderful for alfresco dining. Situated in Church Lane, 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

A beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom luxury pet friendly property with a private hot tub.  Sleeps up to 9 people comprising of 1 king size bedroom with en-suite, another king size bedroom and a triple bunk bed room. There is a lounge area and a large dining area for up to 9 people.  There is a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 persons.  There is a family bathroom with shower and bath. A wash room and cloak room can be found downstairs.

Trevose Golf & Country Club is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the North Coast of Cornwall. Trevose offers an ideal holiday for either real golfing enthusiasts or for others who wish to play golf on occasion and enjoy the other amenities that are available in or close to the complex. Maypole Cottages are situated in the heart of Padstow, offering homely accommodation within easy walking distance of all amenities. Being clustered together in Broad Street and Mill Road, the cottages are ideal for extended families and large groups who want to stay near each other. There are discounts available for booking two or more cottages for the same time period.

No.10 Broad Street

This delightful property overlooks Mill Square where the Obby Oss dances around the Maypole on May Day. The view of the square from the front bedroom is superb so book early as this cottage is very popular. A well-equipped kitchen and open-plan sitting/dining area on the ground floor lead out onto a secluded south facing courtyard with table, chairs and parasol making it an ideal safe place for children to play.  Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with twin beds, which can be made up as doubles. Both have plenty of storage space. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with shower over bath.    The annex with bunk beds and en-suite shower room is situated at the back of the courtyard.  Sleeps 4 and 2 in the annex. Dog friendly.

No.12 Broad Street

Next door to N0.10, this property also overlooks the square and the Maypole.  Downstairs has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with stairs leading up to two good sized doubles bedrooms and a family bathroom with a large bath with shower. The courtyard offers access to No.10 Broad Street and No.2 Mill Road, making the cottages ideal for large parties or separate families.  There is also a downstairs toilet. Sleeps 4. Dog friendly.

No.2 Mill Road

Originally a mill worker’s cottage, this property has been innovatively rebuilt to create a modern studio apartment. Upstairs is an open plan living area opening through a stable door onto a small terrace. The kitchen has a dining bar overlooking the spacious bay window and the sitting area has a large sofa which can be opened out into a sofa bed should more than two people wish to stay in the cottage. The bedroom with twin beds and shower room is downstairs, this can be made up as a double bed if desired.  The back door opens into a courtyard which links to No.10 and No.12 Broad St if required.   Although small, this property is delightfully cosy. Sleeps 2/4.

No.5 Mill Road

No.5 is a terraced cottage just off Mill Square and a stone’s throw from the harbour.  Downstairs has a cosy living room with an open fire for those colder days, fully fitted kitchen and dining area.  Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with twin beds which can be made up as a double and the other has bunk beds. There is a small shower room between the bedrooms.  Sleeps 4.

Unfortunately, due to the size of the cottages they can only welcome dogs to No.s 10 & 12 Broad Street.
