Brookdale House is a wonderful Edwardian holiday home in the picturesque riverside town of Wadebridge.

Brookdale House offers an exceptional self-catering experience for up to 6 guests. Whether you are looking to explore the natural beauty spots of Cornwall or simply relax and unwind in a tranquil setting, Brookdale is a home away from home, the perfect place to create special memories.

Located in Wadebridge guests have easy access to the popular Camel Trail, which was once a former railway line dating back to 1834 and was the first steam-powered railway line and the third railway line to be built in the country. The Camel Trail now provides walking and cycling trails passing by the popular Camel Valley Vineyard through a wooded valley to the historic town of Bodmin ending at Wenford. In the opposite direction following the beautiful River Camel is the famous fishing village of Padstow. It is truly the ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cornwall.

Brookdale, with its attention to detail, offers all the facilities and features you would expect of a superior Holiday Home to guarantee a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The ground floor has two cosy sitting rooms with natural daylight (overlooking the charming front garden), a fully fitted modern kitchen with a combined diner, a separate utility room, and a toilet.

On the upper level, there are 3 bright and spacious double en-suite bedrooms, with beautiful white (Egyptian cotton) bed linen. The en-suite bathrooms either have a shower or bathtub and shower, Egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes, and a selection of toiletries.

To the front of the property is a beautifully manicured garden and the charming, secluded garden at the rear of the house is an absolute favourite, the perfect spot to relax and unwind whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple, eating from the BBQ alfresco style.

The house is full of Edwardian charm whilst offering all the modern-day amenities to compliment a relaxing stay. There is free parking on-site for 2 cars, a bike-shed and outside laundry drying facilities.

The Old Ship Hotel is situated just off Padstow harbour and in the heart of town. The nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away, as is the coast path and the start of The Camel Trail.

Fully licensed with separate restaurant, public bar and a lovely outside patio for al fresco dining and socialising. Local fresh produce used where possible. A varied menu, including locally landed seafood. All rooms are en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, SKY TV, Safe, and Wi-fi.  Traditional Cask Ales. Originally the Headmasters home, this gorgeous Victorian house has 3 spacious rooms with sea views and the advantages of sunny patios to both front and rear. The property combines many original Victorian features with today’s modern standards and enjoys an elevated position just a short walk from Padstow Harbour.

Accommodation comprised of ground floor entrance hall, wc, large sitting room, large kitchen/breakfast room, stairs to first floor and three bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite shower/wc, two twin bedrooms plus family bathroom/wc.

Spring Garden Cottage is a beautiful, character, Georgian cottage by the ancient bridge over The Camel Estuary in Wadebridge. It is complete with wood-burner, central heating throughout, fully-equipped kitchen, wi-fi, digital tv, dvd and a garden/patio area. Dogs are welcome (downstairs only and to be kept in crate at night) @ £5 per night.

The cottage is just a short stroll into the beautiful market town of Wadebridge, where you will find unique independent shops, restaurants, cafes & bars. It is also close to the Camel Trail, ideal for cyclists who wish to venture into Padstow or Bodmin and the Moor.

Prices from £399.00 – £1,499.00 per week. Short breaks available (October-April, minimum 3 nights).

There is an option for breakfast in the adjacent  B&B, at £10 per person or £5 for children.

Bookings are Friday to Friday.

Spring Gardens is a Grade II listed Georgian town house, on a level 2 minutes walk to Wadebridge town centre.

It is conveniently located for visits to Padstow and the 7 Bays, Rock and Port Isaac, all within 15 minutes drive of Wadebridge. It is also a 5 minute walk from Wadebridge Bus Station for those who do not have a car.  There is a regular bus service between Bodmin Parkway train station and Wadebridge bus station. There are delightful gardens nearby (Pencarrow 5 mins / Lanhydrock 15 mins) and for those who love Doc Martin or Poldark, Port Isaac and Charlestown are less than 30 minutes away.

The Camel Trail, a traffic free cycle & walking path, is also a 5 minute walk away.  Bikes can be hired at Bridge Bike Hire at the start of the Trail.

They have 3 double ensuite rooms -all large enough to take a z bed for a third person. Please note, there is a £25 a night charge for the z bed- please let them know your requirements.
