Harbour View is a privately owned family holiday home with south facing garden and spectacular views overlooking Padstow harbour and the Camel Estuary.

It is a stunning period property, recently renovated by the owners into a stylish and artistically presented family holiday home. Harbour View is situated in the prestigious ‘Old Town’, in an elevated prime position overlooking the harbour and the Camel Estuary. From the upstairs sunlit sitting room, guests can soak up magnificent far-reaching views of Padstow and the Camel Estuary. With a superb south-facing private garden and a wonderful BBQ terrace area, guests can make the most of the harbour view’s suntrap throughout the day. Tucked away in a very quiet and private part of Padstow, adjacent to the Prideaux Place walled kitchen garden, Harbour View is just a one minute stroll to the hubbub of Padstow with its multitude of shops, cafés and restaurants. Guests are spoilt for choice with a large range of eateries ranging from the famous Rick Stein’s Fish & Chips, classic Cornish pubs to Michelin starred fine dining.

Bridge House is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Wadebridge with views overlooking the ancient ‘Bridge on Wool’ and the Camel Estuary.

Bridge House is conveniently located for all the amenities of Wadebridge, the Camel Trail and the bus station.  Wadebridge is a wonderful market town with independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, a museum and a cinema.

The historic town of Padstow is a 20 minute drive as are the splendid beaches at Rock and Polzeath.  For those of us who are more energetic, you can hire bikes at Bridge Bike Hire (5 minutes walk from the property) and cycle all the way to Wenfordbridge on Bodmin Moor which is approximately 12 miles.  You will encounter the famous Camel Valley Vineyard on route (3 miles along the Trail from Wadebridge).  Why not stop for a lovely glass of their award winning wines?

Bridge House is a spacious apartment with a King size bed and 2 good size twin beds, both rooms big enough to accommodate a cot.  Linen and towels are provided.

Oak flooring throughout, gas central heating, fully fitted modern kitchen, bath & separate walk in shower, flat screen smart TV and wifi.

Off road parking space directly outside property.

Saturday changeover.  Check in after 4pm.  Check out by 10.30am.

Nestled in a valley on the fringes of Padstow and less than a mile to the Harbour, Dennis Cove Campsite is the place for your escape for quality family time. With their own private access onto the Camel Trail via which you find the 10 minute pushchair friendly walk into Padstow, you have local shops, cafés and restaurant just a stone’s throw from your base.  Add to that the 20 minute walk to secluded beaches and the family friendly, traffic free Camel Trail cycle route, there really is no need to get back behind the wheel of your vehicle once you’re here.

The perfect base for an action packed holiday of hiking, cycling and water sports, Dennis Cove Campsite is less than a mile from the irresistible South West Coast Path and the historic Saints Way.  Located on the Camel Trail and national Cycle Route 32, there’s enough picturesque cycling routes to keep you going all week. If its water based activities that you prefer the Camel Estuary offers kayaking, paddleboarding, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, sailing, power boating and windsurfing.  Within a 20 minute drive of the campsite you’ll find some of the best surfing beaches in the UK.

Escape to the ‘Foodie’s Heaven’ that is Padstow.  From fine dining experiences with a Michelin Star to decent home cooked pub grub, Padstow’s restaurants, pubs and cafes cater for all tastes, with well known celebrity chef’s eateries tucked away in the back streets, decent local family run restaurants on the Harbour side and some of the best fish and chips around.

As for Dennis Cove Campsite, it is the atmosphere that sets it apart.

A friendly, welcoming, lovingly cared for, 30 year family home, Dennis Cove Campsite, provides a very comfortable space for families and couples to enjoy their time away.  The staff have respect for their surroundings which means you are guaranteed a high level of cleanliness and serenity.

The campsite caters for up to 100 pitches across 5 separate camping fields.  Open from Easter to the end of September with 28 electric hook-ups, the campsite is perfect for tents, campervans and smaller motorhomes and caravans.

Facilities include toilets, showers, washing-up, laundry, drying room, freezers for ice packs, chemical waste disposal, gas exchange, battery charging, 24 hour warden and above all a team of staff who’ll do their utmost to ensure your needs are catered for, as best they can.

Coswarth House is ideally situated for sightseeing, less than 5 minutes stroll from the harbour with its selection of pubs, shops & restaurants but far enough removed from the centre of town when you want to relax. The immediate surrounding area offers a range of stunning walks to suit all abilities & within a short drive to many beaches, gardens & historic houses.

Olcote House is a beautiful B&B just a short walk from Padstow Harbour and The Camel Trail.

They have 2 beautiful en-suite rooms, furnished in a modern contemporary style and situated on the ground floor. The first has a luxurious king size bed and an en-suite shower with countryside views. The second has a super-king bed which converts into twin beds, if you prefer. This room also has a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Both rooms are equipped with flat screen freeview televisions and well stocked hospitality trays which include a coffee maker.

There is ample off road parking, free wifi and delicious breakfasts.

Children over the age of 10 are welcome.

A large modernised Edwardian character house with all the space and facilities for a fantastic holiday for up to 12 people. Ideally located just a short stroll to the harbour and the restaurants of Padstow, yet quiet with great views and our own private parking for 4 cars.

Six double bedrooms (with both double and twin beds), 5 bathrooms all with high power showers plus masses of hot water and great heating.

There is a large lounge with estuary views,  plenty of sofas, lovely decor and working marble fireplaces . The dining area has a large oak table which seats 12.

The kitchen is newly installed with modern units, quartz work tops, breakfast bar, induction hob, double oven with steam, wine cooler, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and French Windows to the patio.

There are oak floors or carpets in all rooms and all are freshly decorated with paintings throughout and modern furniture. All rooms have smart TV with Netflix etc plus 4K TVs and on the ground floor and PS4 in the games room.

The garden is lawn to front and back and there is a sun trap patio with extending table and chairs to seat 12. The rear garden is gated and walled. The patio has a Weber gas barbecue. There is a laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

In addition, the hosts are happy to arrange catering, restaurant bookings, babysitting and days out.

Padstow House is proud to have achieved 5 *status from Visit England and are pet and family friendly.  A Risk Assessment is in place and they continue to maintain cleanliness to keep you, their other guests and their staff safe. Further details of the enhanced protocols are provided after a booking has been made.
