ARUM HOUSE

Arum House is a lovely self-catering annexed apartment situated at the top of town and very convenient for the bus stop and Tesco Supermarket.  It is just a 10 minute walk into Padstow harbour.

The property comprises of one large room (200 sq foot) with a Super King size bed which can be made into 2 singles if required and an en-suite shower room. Accessible for wheel chair users.

Arum House has it’s own entrance, a private secluded patio area and a parking space.  There are tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room.  Wifi is also available.

Pets are welcome by arrangement and must be house trained.

The perfect spot to park up and enjoy Padstow.  Comfort comes first in the lounge, which opens on to the rear patio.  It’s the seaside-inspired finishes make this holiday house a holiday home.  There is a Juliette balcony off the main bedroom.  The sleek newly-fitted kitchen is stocked with an extensive range of kitchen equipment and utensils. The modern bathroom with bath and handheld shower comes with hotel-quality towels and toiletries. There’s an additional small cloakroom with WC and washbasin. There are patios at the front and in the rear courtyard garden. The attractive communal areas have low level lighting in the evening, adding to the ambience.

Samphire is a quaint, self contained bolt hole in the conservation area of Padstow, just a short stroll to the harbour, shops and restaurants.  Samphire is set within a family home but has the advantage of having it’s own entrance.

The Samphire Room is very cosy with a King size oak bed and very comfortable sprung mattress.  There is an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower enclosure.

Although there is not a formal breakfast on offer, Samphire has it’s own complimentary breakfast cupboard and fridge fully stocked with cereals, bread, preserves, butter and fresh milk. Also offering free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, generous tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, egg poacher and all necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware.

There is small breakfast area within the room to enjoy breakfast or snacks and a wall mounted TV.

LITTLE EGRET LODGE

Little Egret Lodge is a beautifully presented lodge in St Jidgey with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. Perfectly situated for visits to Padstow, the 7 Bays and Wadebridge.

An additional bonus is having a top restaurant on your door step!  The Halfway House Inn is run by local chef Henk de Villiers Ferreira.  Henk has developed a reputation for excellent quality and locally sourced food, especially fish from Newlyn. Now his famous steaks and ‘very nice chips’ are a trademark of his menu.  Also offering local gins and beers, there is a traditional bar area and outside seating area for those lovely summer evenings!

Little Egret Lodge is a one bedroom lodge with a king-size bed, bathroom & shower.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including a washing machine.  The lounge area has a freeview TV and free wifi throughout.  In addition, there is a wonderful outside seating area with fabulous views and ample parking.

The lodge is double glazed, with central heating and an additional fire in the lounge for those chilly evenings.  Duvet, pillows, bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

Check in after 3pm.  Check out 10am.

Turn into the Halfway House Inn off the A39, the lodge is located behind the Halfway House Inn.
