Bridge House is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Wadebridge with views overlooking the ancient ‘Bridge on Wool’ and the Camel Estuary.

Bridge House is conveniently located for all the amenities of Wadebridge, the Camel Trail and the bus station.  Wadebridge is a wonderful market town with independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, a museum and a cinema.

The historic town of Padstow is a 20 minute drive as are the splendid beaches at Rock and Polzeath.  For those of us who are more energetic, you can hire bikes at Bridge Bike Hire (5 minutes walk from the property) and cycle all the way to Wenfordbridge on Bodmin Moor which is approximately 12 miles.  You will encounter the famous Camel Valley Vineyard on route (3 miles along the Trail from Wadebridge).  Why not stop for a lovely glass of their award winning wines?

Bridge House is a spacious apartment with a King size bed and 2 good size twin beds, both rooms big enough to accommodate a cot.  Linen and towels are provided.

Oak flooring throughout, gas central heating, fully fitted modern kitchen, bath & separate walk in shower, flat screen smart TV and wifi.

Off road parking space directly outside property.

Saturday changeover.  Check in after 4pm.  Check out by 10.30am.

Brookdale House is a wonderful Edwardian holiday home in the picturesque riverside town of Wadebridge.

Located in Wadebridge guests have easy access to the popular Camel Trail, which was once a former railway line dating back to 1834 and was the first steam-powered railway line and the third railway line to be built in the country. The Camel Trail now provides walking and cycling trails passing by the popular Camel Valley Vineyard through a wooded valley to the historic town of Bodmin ending at Wenford. In the opposite direction following the beautiful River Camel is the famous fishing village of Padstow. It is truly the ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cornwall.

The ground floor has two cosy sitting rooms with natural daylight (overlooking the charming front garden), a fully fitted modern kitchen with a combined diner, a separate utility room, and a toilet.

On the upper level, there are 3 bright and spacious double en-suite bedrooms, with beautiful white (Egyptian cotton) bed linen. The en-suite bathrooms either have a shower or bathtub and shower, Egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes, and a selection of toiletries.

To the front of the property is a beautifully manicured garden and the charming, secluded garden at the rear of the house is an absolute favourite, the perfect spot to relax and unwind whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple, eating from the BBQ alfresco style.

The house is full of Edwardian charm whilst offering all the modern-day amenities to compliment a relaxing stay. There is free parking on-site for 2 cars, a bike-shed and outside laundry drying facilities.

Originally the Headmasters home, this gorgeous Victorian house has 3 spacious rooms with sea views and the advantages of sunny patios to both front and rear. The property combines many original Victorian features with today’s modern standards and enjoys an elevated position just a short walk from Padstow Harbour.

Spring Gardens is a Grade II listed Georgian town house, on a level 2 minutes walk to Wadebridge town centre.

It is conveniently located for visits to Padstow and the 7 Bays, Rock and Port Isaac, all within 15 minutes drive of Wadebridge. It is also a 5 minute walk from Wadebridge Bus Station for those who do not have a car.  There is a regular bus service between Bodmin Parkway train station and Wadebridge bus station. There are delightful gardens nearby (Pencarrow 5 mins / Lanhydrock 15 mins) and for those who love Doc Martin or Poldark, Port Isaac and Charlestown are less than 30 minutes away.

The Camel Trail, a traffic free cycle & walking path, is also a 5 minute walk away.  Bikes can be hired at Bridge Bike Hire at the start of the Trail.

They have 3 double ensuite rooms -all large enough to take a z bed for a third person. Please note, there is a £25 a night charge for the z bed- please let them know your requirements.

Malt Cottage

Situated in Cross Street 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

This spacious two bedroom cottage is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style.  Large lounge/diner with formal dining area and corner sofa. King size bedroom with king size bed and door leading to the patio. High spec kitchen has ceramic/hob, fan-assisted oven/grill, microwave oven, larder fridge, freezer and coffee machine.  At the side of the cottage there are some steps which lead to a fabulous secluded and private patio with decorative pots and Cornish palm trees, furnished with tables and chairs – wonderful for alfresco dining. Situated in Church Lane, 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

A beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom luxury pet friendly property with a private hot tub.  Sleeps up to 9 people comprising of 1 king size bedroom with en-suite, another king size bedroom and a triple bunk bed room. There is a lounge area and a large dining area for up to 9 people.  There is a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 persons.  There is a family bathroom with shower and bath. A wash room and cloak room can be found downstairs.

Arum House is a 10 minute walk into Padstow town and harbour.

Accommodation is provided via it’s own entrance with a patio and private off road parking.  The bedroom is 200sq feet and the bed is a very comfortable super king size which can be made into a twin if need be.  There is also a sofa bed suitable for a child, although an extra charge will apply.  There is a spacious en-suite shower room.

Unfortunately, no breakfast is provided, however, there is a fridge and tea making facilities in the room.

Dogs are welcome, although there is a charge of £7.

There is currently a minimum stay of 3 nights.
