THE MERMAID OF THE DOOM BAR AT PRIDEAUX PLACE

Enter a dazzling underwater world this Easter, at Prideaux Place, when you meet the Mermaid of the Doom Bar in this Community Theatre production.

 

  The cast, made up of people from Wadebridge and Padstow, from all walks of life, will be accompanied by Kevin Brinn and Andy Armstrong of Merrymakers and Stowes fame.  The public will be invited to sing along with sea-shanties and other traditional songs.  Johnny Cowling’s lovely nieces Annabelle and Lydia are the leading ladies. There will be illuminated sculptures from Reg Payn and Laura Martin of Bikelights and Truro City of Light fame, as well as projections from Lumatec Visuals.

Fantastic fun for all the family, food and drink will be available.

The production will take place on 3 nights:

Wednesday 8th April 2020 from 19:30-23:00, Thursday 9th April 2020 from 19:30-23:00  and Friday 10th April 2020 from 19:30-23:00

Tickets will be on sale from the beginning of March from CRBO or  Padstow Tourist Information Centre – Adults £10 / Children £5

Tickets will be available to Padstow locals at a discounted price (Adults £5 / Children £2.25) from the Padstow Tourist Information Centre, on production of proof of address.
