PARKING
PADSTOW
Padstow has 4 main carparks:
Harbour Car Park is the nearest to the harbour and is the run by the Padstow Harbour Commissioners.
Railway Car Park (at the bottom of Station Road PL28 8DA) and the Lawns Car Park (opposite the Old School on School Hill PL28 8EB are run by Padstow Town Council. (click here for more info). Both of these car parks are payable using Ringo: Railway Car Park is location code 2849 and Lawns Car Park is location code 2848 and the number to call is 01872 884466.
Link Road Car Park is run by Cornwall Council and is situated by the fire station (click here for more info). You can pay for your parking via Ringo, the location code is 8227 and you need to call 01872 672727.
Padstow Main Road Car Park is situated on the A389. postcode PL28 8EX. Open every day (weather permitting) 4th April – 31st October 2022. 10 minute walk to the harbour. It is a Pay & Display car park and accepts credit/debit cards, contactless, chip and pin and payment via phone and text as well as JustPark.

Padstow Main Road Car Park is a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Local bus services are available to and from Padstow Bus Terminus via 895, 10, 56 and Atlantic Coaster. For ticket information and timetables please see First Kernow and Go Cornwall.

Longer term overnight/multi-day and weekly parking is available at Trevethan Farm, the access to which is immediately after Tesco (PL28 8EL), the entrance is on the same side of the road, in Sarah’s Lane. Motorhomes can be accommodated on request. Ideal if you are walking the coast path and wish to leave your car in Padstow.
Leaving your car on the streets is not recommended, the roads are very narrow and access is required at all times for local residents and businesses.
During the main season there is an additional car park:
Tregirls Car Park, perfect for visiting the beach. Follow the road out past the Farm Shop, through Crugmeer to Harbour Cove.
Coach Parking in Padstow:
Coach parking is available at the Railway Car Park near the harbour (PL28 8DA).
Spaces are for parking only, there are no designated set down / collection points. Coaches must pay the coach tariff (£8.00) and are subject to a maximum 4 hour stay. Click here for details.
Disabled Parking in Padstow:
There are disabled spaces in all the public car parks – these incur a charge.
There are 4 disabled parking spaces on Broad Street PL28 8BS (3 on the right hand side and 1 above the loading bay on the left). These are free but are limited to 3 hours. There are also spaces outside Boots in Market Street PL28 8AL, these bays are limited waiting bays and therefore a vehicle displaying a blue badge will be able to park for 3 hours.
Disabled badge holders may park on double yellow lines for a limited period (please click here for further information and check your badge literature for information and restrictions*). Please be aware that many of Padstow’s streets have an additional yellow stripe running over the curb which means that parking here is completely prohibited. The only places that don’t have the extra stripe are the North Quay, (PL28 8AF) and South Quay outside the Drang (PL28 8AJ).
*Whilst we are happy to advise on disabled parking we cannot be held responsible for anyone receiving a parking notice as a result of illegal parking.
HARLYN
There is a big car park right beside the beach. Payment can be made by cash and by using the JustPark app.
POLZEATH
Tristram Car Park. Open all year. This car park has access to the beach. Prices start at £1.50 for up to 1 hour up to a maximum of £6 per day (over 4 hours)

ROCK
The Quarry car park in Rock is run by Padstow Harbour Commissioners. The post code for this car park is PL27 6FD. When this car park is full there is an overflow car park (high season only) 1/4 mile up Rock Road opposite the Institute/Gallery. Closes at 8pm.
You can pay for your parking via Ringo, the location code is 15661 and the number to call is 0203 0460010.
TREVONE
There are two car parks at Trevone. One is next to Trevone Beach Stores and the other is directly opposite the beach.
WADEBRIDGE
Wadebridge has the following car parks:
Wadebridge Town Council operated Jubilee car park and Library Car Park (click here for more details).
Cornwall Council operated Piggy Lane and Goldsworthy Way
Padstow Harbour Commissioners operate a few spaces on the quay beside Eddystone Road.
N.B. There is no coach parking available in Wadebridge

National Trust Car Parks
There are National Trust Car Parks at Port Quin, Lundy Bay, Pentireglaze, Trevose Head, Park Head and Bedruthan Steps. These incur a fee but are free to members.

TOILETS
PADSTOW
North Quay, Railway Toilet and Cory facilities are open daily from 10am, these include a family room. Disabled toilets are available at North Quay and Railway facilities. Please note toilets are closed on Christmas Day.
There are 4 public conveniences in Padstow:
3 of which are maintained by Padstow Town Council. These conveniences are free of charge.
1 maintained by Cornwall Council which requires 20p to enter.

TREVONE
There are public toilets in Trevone which are maintained by Trevone Bay Stores (01841 520275)
These toilets require 20p to enter with ladies, gents, disabled and baby changing facilities available.
During quieter months the facility may close some sections, but are hoping to keep the disabled toilet available and maintained for everyone to use.
