General Train Info:

Cornwall is well serviced by the South Western Railway which offers regular services from London Paddington, connecting with Reading, Exeter and Bristol en route.

The nearest train station to Wadebridge and Padstow is Bodmin Parkway.

Google will tell you that the nearest train station is either Roche or St Columb Road.  Whilst these are geographically slightly nearer, they are small stations on the Newquay to Par branchline and are not easily accessible by public transport. The 11 bus runs from Bodmin Parkway to Padstow via Wadebridge, therefore, making it the easiest and quickest route.
