Prawn on the Lawn is a fully licensed fishmonger and restaurant situated in Duke Street, near to Padstow’s buzzing quayside.

Opened in July 2015 by Rick Toogood and his wife Katie – following on from the success of their London branch – they serve only the freshest seafood and tapas-style fish dishes, offering a different style of eating to the other restaurants in town. Prawn on the Lawn’s mouth-watering plates include seared tuna, marinated scallops, szechuan prawns as well as larger platters such as local Padstow crab and lobster and their famous Fruits De Mer.

They also have a fantastic array of fresh seafood for you to take home and cook yourself, sourced directly from day boats and fish markets in Padstow and the rest of Cornwall.
