Butterwell Farm is the premier destination in the southwest for sea trout and salmon fishing, situated on the River Camel, just 25 minutes from Padstow.
A private 40-acre estate on the banks of the river, next to the Camel Trail and opposite the Camel Valley Vineyard, Butterwell is a quiet, rural paradise of tranquillity, nature and abundant wildlife.

The Sea Trout season which runs from1st May until 31st August, is typically night fly-fishing only. However if water levels are high and other conditions permit, daytime fly-fishing for sea trout and salmon are permitted.
The Salmon season runs from 1st September until 15th December, when fly-fishing, spinning and bait fishing by day are permitted.
